My Background
I’m a dedicated public servant, utility manager, and water quality professional. I’m at my best working upstream where I can set strategy, develop people, shape policy, and guide complex projects from concept through delivery.
I offer a steady, collaborative leadership style and a deep understanding of how public systems actually operate. I ensure accountability and transparency in governance. I achieve this through effective communication and hands on budget oversight. I excel at stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground implementation.
I earned an M.S. in Plant and Soil Science, a B.S in Environmental Management and have worked in a public works department for 20 years. This career path has allowed me to combine my passion for the outdoor environment and my service oriented mindset to improve local water quality and deliver excellent services to the communities where I work.
